Terms of Service

By placing an order with Sorbpack (sorbpack.com) you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. About us

Sorbpack Industrial B.V. is a B2B supplier of cargo securing and desiccant products, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We serve freight forwarders, logistics companies, hauliers, and industrial buyers across Europe.

2. Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If you have specific technical requirements, contact us before ordering and we will confirm suitability in writing.

3. Certifications and compliance

Products listed as DIN 55473 or EN 12195 certified carry those certifications at the time of listing. Certification documentation is available on request. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that products meet the requirements of their specific application and jurisdiction.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed at the price shown at the time of purchase. For large or recurring orders, contact us for a tailored quote.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or payment issues. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled, and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account has been agreed in advance. For approved business accounts, invoiced payment terms apply as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payment in commercial transactions.

7. Liability

Sorbpack's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from misuse of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All content on sorbpack.com — including product descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of Sorbpack Industrial B.V. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Where Irish jurisdiction applies (including orders fulfilled from our Dublin office), disputes will be subject to the courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at sorbpack.com/pages/terms. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
