Shipping & Delivery

Same-day dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day from our EU warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

We deliver across the EU and Ireland. Estimated transit times from dispatch:

• Netherlands and surrounding countries: 1–2 business days
• Western and Central Europe: 2–3 business days
• Ireland and peripheral EU regions: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping costs

• Orders over €500 (ex. VAT): Free shipping
• Orders under €500: Shipping charged at actual cost, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

For pallet shipments or bulk orders, a shipping quote will be provided before order confirmation.

Tracking

A tracking number and carrier link are sent by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, contact us at info@sorbpack.com.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing
2. Photograph the damaged packaging and product
3. Email info@sorbpack.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos

Damage reported after 48 hours cannot be processed as a carrier claim. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU (including the UK), any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery address

We ship to business addresses only. Deliveries to residential addresses may incur a surcharge or be refused by the carrier.
