Our commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
What can be returned
Returns are accepted for stock items only, provided:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is included
- The product has not been used or installed
What cannot be returned
- Custom-made or bespoke products — manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked
- Opened desiccant bags — once the inner packaging has been broken, the product is compromised and cannot be resold for health and safety reasons
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sorbpack.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email info@sorbpack.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our written approval before sending anything back — unauthorised returns may be refused
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the address we provide — return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
